Man, 43, charged with rape
A 43-year- old man, Benjamin Yinusa has appeared before Ojo Magistrate’s Court for allegedly having carnal knowledge of an under aged girl. Yinusa got himself into trouble when he lured the 16-year-old girl to unlawful sex recently on February 13,2010 at about 10 pm. He was granted bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum by the court presided by Mr. P.A. Adekomoya .
