Zoning is unconstitutional, says Mudiaga-Odje

Warri based lawyer, Dr. Akpo Mudiaga Odje, has said that zoning arrangement of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, is unconstitutional, null and void, same being in conflict with sections 17(2)(a) 42 and 131 of the 1999 constitution. Dr. Odje argued that the only qualifications required to contest for the office of the President are clearly set out under section 131 of the constitution.
