Before he was directly introduced to Olusegun Obasanjo with a view to working as a director of budget after the latter had complained over and over to the then Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance, Alhaji Liman Ciroma, Kuye has always worked as a very thorough individual and his work with the head of the Nigerian State was not about to change that.
