The investiture of the new President/Chairman of Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Deacon Moses Bamidele Adeisa, takes place next Tuesday at the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos.

A statement by the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of the Institute, Mr. Dele Togunde, said the immediate past President, Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran, would hand over the mantle of leadership to the new President on the occasion slated for 11 a.m.

According to Mr. Togunde, Deacon Adeisa is the 22nd president of the Institute, an international body founded in 1891 and received Royal Charter in 1902. He said it was established in Nigeria in 1944 as an associate of the international body before it was incorporated under the Companies Act 1968 and granted autonomy in 1988.
