Sanchez flew out of Heathrow yesterday and is looking at his options — despite Arsenal’s offer of a new deal.
Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are interested.
Fans called for Wenger’s head and Jens Lehmann, a member of their 2003-04 Invincibles side, demanded the 67-year-old decide on his future NOW.
Wenger has a two-year contract extension offer on the table.
He admitted he will make a decision “in March or April”, with the board fearing he will quit in the summer.
But title-winning keeper Lehmann told talkSPORT: “If he wants to extend his contract, he should do it now so everybody is clear what is going on.
“If not, he also has to make his decision now.”
