MOISTURIZE YOUR INSIDES
Drink lots of water. I know i say this all the time! Stretch marks often develop as a result of reduced skin elasticity. Water helps to hydrate skin and keep it supple. For the sake of your health, drink only the purest water you can find. Distilled water is quite good
RUB THAT TUMMY!
Experts say that collagen creams work wonders for your skin when pregnant. Don’t have time to shop for that yet? Good ‘ole cocoa or shea butter will do just fine. Gently massage nature’s rich creams into your stretch mark prone areas (tummy, thighs, underarms etc) with round strokes morning and night after bath.
USE VITAMIN E
Vitamin E is an absolute must-have when you are pregnant! Post partum stretch marks can still be gotten rid of by rubbing vitamin E oil on your tummy. Vitamin E also helps to prevent complications and labor pains.
