Honest Ornan Okoawo known by his stage name Krexx Nv, was born on 9 July, 1996 in Benin City. Originally, Krexx hails from Esan North East Local Government Area in Edo State, Nigeria.

The Lagos based artist started music professionally in 2012, recording freestyles and cover songs. With his distinct flows, style, and versatility, Krexx Nv gained respect and attention among his peers and his growing music community.

Honest, attended Federal Science and Technical College (FSTC) in Uromi, where he completed his secondary school education. He went ahead to pursue a degree at Ambrose Alli University (AAU) Ekpoma, where he studied Mechanical Engineering and graduated in 2020.

So far, Krexx Nv has dropped about 6 singles and an Extended Play project titled “INTEL (Inside The Eko Life)” which was released July, 2024.

Krexx Nv received significant radio plays nationwide on The Beat fm, Naija Fm, and Cool Fm Nigeria after dropping the project.

“I noticed I became more relevant, I’ve gained desirable audience, new fans and more gigs lately.

“Singers such as Kendrick Lamar, Damian Marley, Lil Wayne, 6Lack and 50 cent inspires and influences my musical style” he said
