Re: I Am Greater Than Isaiah by Femi Aribisala (Published on April 14, 2013)
Jesus says; “If I testify about myself, my testimony is not true.” (John 5:31) By this we know Femi is lying because he has testified about himself. While Jesus could have easily told his disciples in this writer’s arrogant manner: “I am the Christ, the Son of the Living God”, he did not. Instead he asked “Who do the people/you say I am?” The writer will soon claim he is agreeing with Jesus’ words about him by his arrogant title but then, in Jesus we have an example to follow: When Peter testified about him, Jesus agreed with him by giving glory to God, and NOT by bragging or boasting like this writer has done.
