AS I was rounding up this piece I came across a news headline from The Nation of November 2, 2015 titled; “Gridlock, insecurity ‘ll soon be over -Commissioner”. The comment was attributed to Dr AbdulHakeem AbdulLateef, Lagos state Commissioner for Home Affairs and I began to wonder; why do we always allow things to get out of control before taking action.
