NATCOMS commends Ndukwe on ‘NCC Telecomms Consumer Parliament’

Rising from its decade review of the Nigerian telecoms sector, the National Association of Telecommunications Subscribers of Nigeria (NATCOMS), has commended Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC), Engr. Ernest Ndukwe for his pioneering role in the sustenance of the use of GSM phones in country, particularly in the area of the establishment of the NCC Telecomms Consumer Parliament in August 2003.
