First of all, I want to explain that with what has happened over the years, there has been a lot of pollution, mainly from industries, which occurred in the process of industrialization and what that has done is that it has increased the temperature of the atmosphere, increased the water level and, of course, you can see that there is a lot of flooding and erosion going on around the world now.

PDP in Oyo is comatose right now. It is lying down almost unconscious waiting for the surgeon to come. The surgeon is Ike Nwachukwu and his committee. If they perform well, they may resuscitate the party in the state. And if they fail, the history will tell and they would have destroyed the PDP in Oyo State .

You know that this government is just two years plus. In the life of any human being two years is very insignificant to begin to judge somebody. Why not wait when that person he completed his constitutional mandated period before you begin to criticize.

All these insecurity is due to unemployment. People, young people go to the university and graduate and stay for years without job. There is nothing to do. And there is no power supply to get them busy on their own. Some of the graduates who could be self-employed today are not because there is no power supply to sustain them. The industries that could employ them don’t have power to operate.

Since April 2003 governorship election in Anambra, the state has not known peace literarily speaking. It has been series of cases over the state governorship seat. The first casualty of the series of litigations was former governor Dr. Chris Ngige who was sacked by the Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu in an appeal petition filed by Governor Peter Obi, the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA candidate. Obi himself has fought and won three major legal battles.
