Ex-MEND Commander Soboma George feared dead
THERE was fear in the Town area of Port Harcourt last night that a former MEND Commander and repentant militant leader, Soboma George was dead. When contacted on phone, the state Commissioner of Police, Mr Suleiman Aba said he also heard the story. According to him, there were reports that he was shot dead by some suspected cultists around Nembe street in Borikiri area of the state capital.
