The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, last night made a dramatic U-turn to clear embattled Governor of Bayelsa State, Timipreye Sylva for next year’s guber polls. The rulling party’s change of heart followed plea on Sylva’s behalf by his fellow PDP governors to President Goodluck Jonathan to endorse the governor. Sylva’s clearance is expected to be announced this morning.
