Stakeholders say CBN action will affect funding of oil, gas sector
Some stakeholders in the Oil and Gas industry have said that the action of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) will affect the ability of the sector to source its development funds. Some of the stakeholders told newsmen in Lagos on Tuesday that oil and gas firms might no longer be able to source funds for their upstream and downstream projects.

UNIDO to help Nigeria, others replace chiller

CITN tasks FG on tax enlightenment campaign
The President, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Mr Kunle Quadri, says the three tiers of government should be involved in tax enlightenment campaign. Quadri, who made the call during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Tuesday, said that such periodical tax education would enable tax payers to pay their taxes voluntarily.He said that such enlightenment would also help to improve the system of tax collection in the country.
