By Festus Ahon

UGHELLI—THE Southern Mandate, SM, a political pressure group, has vowed to publish its findings on non- performing Governors on October 1, 2010, as part of activities to mark Nigeria’s 50th independence anniversary.

Speaking to newsmen, national Co-ordinator of the group, Prince Alex Oyoro, said, “the findings will contain the amount of money that accrued to the states from the federal allocation, their Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, expenditure and money corruptly diverted to private and personal accounts by who, how and the destination of the funds.

“The findings will be published in the media, internet, CDs, DVDs and several publications, so that the electorates will easily assess their Governors’ performance, so that when we mobilize against the non-performing Governors, no amount of propaganda will save them from losing election,” he said.
