Glo rounds off promo, empowers 1,755 more Nigerians

Second National Operator, Globacom, last week rounded off its recharge and win consumer reward package tagged 30 cars in 30 days promo and ended up empowering another batch of 1,755 lucky subscribers on its network.

The subscribers, drawn at a ceremony held at the Mike Adenuga Towers headquarters of Globacom, won 15 Kia Picanto cars, 45 TV sets, 45 motorcycles, 150 bicycles and1,500 Radio sets in the promo.

Globacom had at the launch of the promo promised 30 brand new Kia Rio Cars, 90 TV sets, 90 motorcycles, 300 bicycles and 3,000 radio sets to subscribers who recharge their phones during the period covered by the draw.

Half of these prizes had earlier been won by 1,755 lucky subscribers at a similar draw two weeks ago in Lagos.
At the event, Globacom’s Executive Director, Human Resources, Mr Adewale Sangowawa, noted that the new set of winners, like the ones before them, would receive their prizes in their homes, offices or wherever they chose to receive them in any part of the country.

He promised that the new set of winners will join the earlier winners in the presentation ceremonies which will be replicated in the winners’ locations nationwide.

Mr Sangowawa used the occasion to reassure the company’s subscribers of Globacom’s unwavering commitment to empowering Nigerians to achieve their very best in whatever field of human endeavour that they may find themselves, adding that this commitment has given Globacom the pride of place as the most rewarding network.

The event was witnessed by representatives of the National Lottery Regulations Commission (NLRC) and the Consumer Protection Council (CPC).
