In a bid to promote computer literacy in the Nigerian children, Unilever Nigeria Plc has donated ten computers to Future Leaders High school, Mowe, Ogun State.

In a statement by the Managing Director, Mr. Thabo Mabe, he stressed that as part of its business ethics, Unilever is set to promote good in the community, adding that the company promotes good business therefore it must promote good in the life of the children and the community at large.

Mabe said Information Technology is important in present day and future developments of Mankind, hence the need to prepare the young ones for the future by making investments that will build them in this important area of skill acquisition and development.

“Good should never be good enough. You need to be unreasonable because only the unreasonable’s will change the world and that is what future leaders will do,”

According to Him Unilever believes in creating a better future everyday by adding value through its brands which meets the consumers’ everyday needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care.

He said, “Unilever will continue to remain a socially responsible corporate citizen and will continue to impact positively on its various communities and stakeholders”
