Spring Bank concludes promo, rewards customers with cars

Spring Bank Plc has concluded its Betalife promo with four customers emerging  as owners of four brand new cars at the grande finale  draw held last week.

The new owners of the four Kia Picanto cars are Iwaloye Bosede Olapeju of Jubilee Road Branch, Ikare-Akoko in Ekiti State; Idris Muhammed of Bello Road Branch, Kano; Mr. & Mrs. Victor Agali of Olu Obasanjo Road Branch, Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Olamolu Oludayo Adekunle of Main Market Branch, Umuahia Abia State.

These winners who were electronically selected from a large pool of qualifiers by the Special Guest of Honour of the event, Prince Donatus Okonkwo, the Chairman of Tetrazzini Group of Companies and the President of The Financial Correspondents Association of Nigeria (FICAN), Mr. Akin Akinremi emerged by a strike of a designated key on a laptop from four major zones of the country, namely, Abuja and North; Lagos and South West; South East and South South.

Speaking during the event which took place at the bank’s Head Office, the Group Managing Director/CEO, Mrs. Sola Ayodele, who was represented by The Executive Director, Risk Management, Mr. Gbenga Fakile, said the Betalife promo was designed to improve the lives of customers of the bank and promote the culture of savings in the country.

The GMD/CEO said that the promo began last year but could not be concluded then because of the inevitable intervention in the banking industry by the regulatory authorities, an action which resulted in the change of Management of the bank.

According to her, “having stabilized the operations of the bank and significantly turned the bank around since assuming duties in October last year, the new Management of Spring Bank thought it proper to keep the promise made at the launch of the promo to honour and reward our very dear customers, who have remained with the bank through thick and thin.”

She said that yesterday marked another important day in the annals of Spring Bank as the bank is proud to have put smiles on a total of 2044 faces since the promo began last year. This is outside of thousands of others who have received sundry branded items, she added.
