Nigeria’s coach, Lars Lagerback said yesterday that he was comfortable with the Jabulani, the official ball of the World Cup.
The Jabulani has come under severe criticisms by many players and goalkeepers who said that it was not stable. “I don’t really come in contact with the ball, its my players who handle it most of the time.
But I think that my players handle it well. There is no complaint about the ball. It is good for usâ€, Lagerback said. Asked about the freezing weather in Bloemfontain whether, Lagerback said that they didn’t have anything against the weather.
“We have been in Richards Bay and its almost the same weather. Besides, my players are professionals and they are used to this type of cold in their different clubs. What is important is their attitude and not the weatherâ€.
