AGBOR—IN continuation of the enforcement of speed limiting device, RS 5.2 Unit Command, Agbor, Delta State, of the Federal Road Safety Corps has instituted a mobile court at Alifekede, Agbor, for traffic offenders.

The court, presided over by Magistrate Magdalene Dike, tried and convicted 33 traffic offenders while four were remanded in prison custody for various offences.

The Unit Commander, Mr Anthony Mettah, said the offenders were arraigned for different offences ranging from failure to install limiting device, dangerous driving to tyre violations.

He  stated that the corps will  continue in the enforcement of speed limiting device and other traffic offences to reduce the high rate of accidents on Nigerian roads.
