WARRI—THE Concerned Itsekiri Coastal Dwellers, CICD, has berated the management of Chevron Nigeria Limited over the recent OMoU renegotiation.

Briefing members of the communities that constitute the CICD, in Ugborodo, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, the duo of Mr David Iwere (Mobilisation Officer), and Choice Olueh (Ugborodo Bloc Chairman), of the association, respectively, re-echoed their agitation against Chevron which they described as acting in the most non-compliant manner, when the company proceeded against the provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Principal Offshore Memorandum of Understanding, OMoU, to renegotiate such a fundamental agreement as the OMoU with persons who the company was legally prohibited from doing so.
