The National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Bayelsa State says the absence of bus stops in Yenagoa, the state capital is impacting negatively on the state.
Chairman of the union, Elijah Uwumukpo made the disclosure when the Corporate Affairs Committee of the state council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) visited his office in Yenagoa.
Uwumukpo said “there is no city without bus stops. We have echoed this problem several times from the time of Alamieyeseigha through Jonathan and now. There must be bus stops.â€
