Hosts Nigeria and Senegal will feature in next year’s FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Bahamas after they won their respective CAF semi-finals.

Senegal beat Egypt 5-2 and Nigeria dumped Morocco 6-1.

The World Cup in Bahamas will be from April 27, 2017.

It will be Nigeria’s third World Cup appearance after they featured at the tournaments in Brazil and Italy. Senegal will be making their fifth World Cup outing after they reached the last eight in 2007 and 2011.

Both teams will contest for the African championship in today’s final in Lagos.
