Two Nigerian football clubs, Heartland of Owerri and Enyimba of Aba will today know their opponents in the two major competitions of the Confederation of African Football, CAF, the Champions League and Confederations Cup when the draws are made today in Cairo.

While Heartland are playing in the Champions League where they got to the final last year, Enyimba, former Champions League title holders, are in the Confederations Cup.

Heartland last Sunday at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri, humbled Supersports United of South Africa 3-1 to qualify for the group stage on 4-2 aggregate while Enyimba squeezed past Vita FC of Congo Democratic Republic on 7-6 penalties after both sides ended their encounters 3-3.
