Verification exercise for unemployed graduates who were selected for the N-Power programme was conducted in Jos yesterday.

This was contained in a tweet with pictures by Laolu Akande, the media aide to the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.

Recall that the Federal Governemnt had earlier released 200,000 names as first batch beneficiaries of the N-Power programme.

Their credentials were verified by Youth Corp members and workers of the National Orientation Agency.

A number of those selected will be drafted to schools as classroom teachers on a monthly salary of N30,000.
