The  Ondo state Governor, Olusegun Mimiko has, Friday, alleged that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, have plotted to thwart the peaceful and fair elections in the state.

Mimiko gave the statement while briefing newsmen in Ondo.
