ABUJA – The Federal Government, on Tuesday, failed to enter before the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, charges it drafted against three out of the seven Judges whose homes were raided by operatives of the Department of State Service, DSS, between October 7 and 8.

The three separate charges against Justices Inyang Okoro and Sylvester Ngwuta of the Supreme Court, and Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court Abuja, was okayed by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN.

Whereas the two apex court Justices were each slammed with three-count charge that borders on money laundering, Justice Ademola will be facing a four-count charge relating to money laundering and his alleged illegal possession of arms and ammunition.
