The Independent Corrupt Practices and other allied matters Commission, ICPC has denied that its Chairman, Mr Nta Ekpo has been asked to proceed on terminal leave saying the commission had not received such letter.

Saturday Vanguard had reported that the chairman of the commission may have been asked to proceed on terminal leave preparatory to his exit from the ICPC as a letter to that effect was to have been served on him this week

It was however gathered that technicalities of the Public Service may have stalled the service of the terminal leave letter on the chairman.
