CHAIRMAN of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State, Mr. Laurence Agbatutu, has commended the state governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, for vigorously pursuing the SMART agenda of his government.

Agbatutu, during the inauguration of executives of Agbarho Ward I, told PDP faithful to be united and committed to the ideals of the party in order to consolidate on its successes in the state.

Earlier, Chairman of the ward, Mr. First Ogimagbor, urged aggrieved members “that have been offended in one way or another to forgive and forget and let us plan the way forward.

“As we say, in unity in we stand, divided we fall; but God forbid, I appeal to aggrieved members to sheathe their swords and embrace peace and reconciliation for our great party to move forward.”

He thanked the leaders and elders of the party in the ward for the confidence reposed in the executive to serve.
