Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun has hinted that he’ll be back soon from the muscle injury which has ruled him out of his club’s next two games.
It is the second time this year the 28-year-old would cop an injury.
First was in March when he pulled a hamstring during a Bundesliga league game and he missed two league games (against Werder Bremen and Augsburg).

Balogun is highly unlikely to be fit to play for Nigeria when they begin their 2018 World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola in a fortnight.
The Nigerian international will miss FSV Mainz’s Europa League tie against Gabala FC on Thursday and this weekend’s Bundesliga game away to VfL Wolfsburg and he is not pleased with it.
“Not delighted about my injury at all. It’s part of the game though. Good thing is it I’ll be back soon,” he wrote via his Instagram wall yesterday.
Balogun has made five appearances for Mainz so far this season.
