The Federal Ministry of Education , FME, has been advised to carry more stakeholders, especially Nigerian parents in its policies, as they help build trust and support for projects.
This was the submission of the Tutor General/ Permanent Secretary, Education District 1V, in Lagos, Mrs Lola Are-Adegbite at Merit Award/ Appreciation for Teachers in Lagos Mainland Educational District 1V put together by Mainland Parents Forum, MPF.
Mrs Are-Adegbite thanked Deacon Adams, Chairman, MPF for organizing such an event, and commended the trend by school who carry stakeholders such as the parents along in the quest for better standard and conditioning role of learning.
Her words, “ I wish to appreciate our stakeholders, especially those in our schools. They have not only helped to build trust and support for projects, they have helped us to improve communication and better understanding which in turn have brought the incorporation of various new ideas , which we are seeing today and experiences into teaching.
