AFTER six weeks of screening and 50 players shortlisted, Golden Eaglets coach Manu Garba has urged the selected youngsters to work hard and be decidacted as it was the only way to make his team.

Garba, who won with the Golden Eaglets at the 2013 FIFA Under-17 World Cup said he was determined to raise a solid team that will repeat the feat in the 2017 edition in India.

“This is just the starting point with your selection and you have to be prayerful because there are crucial stages ahead of you,” Garba told the enthusiastic lads on Monday. “You have to pass the MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Test to play at this level and having said that, you also have to be disciplined and be ready to work hard. “
