Kuwait Commerce Minister, Dr Youself Al-Ali received a parking ticket, weekend, after parking his car in a handicapped parking space while making a tour of the electricity and water branch offices in Ishlibiya.

Afterwards, Commerce Ministry Undersecretary Khalid Al-Shamali sent a letter of appreciation to the Interior Ministry, thanking him for applying the law on all equally, according to Kuwait Times.
