A socio-political organization in Edo state, the Edo Voice Group says it is throwing their weight behind the governorship aspiration of Mr Godwin Obaseki because of its belief that he will not abandon the developmental strides of the Governor Adams Oshiomhole led administration.

President of the group, Mr Osazee Osemwingie Ero, who declared this when they paid a visit to the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant, noted that haven worked for over seven years as the Chairman of the state Economic Team, Obaseki had acquired the necessary experience needed to take Edo state to the next level.

According to him, “ Edo Voice have looked at the credentials of Obaseki particularly after working in Edo state over seven years without salary, his experience in the financial world and his immense contribution to the developmental strides of the governor Adams Oshiomhole led administration, it is our strong belief that you remain the best man to take over from your boss Oshiomhole.”
