Six  months  into President Mohammed Buhari’s  administration, Nigerians  are yet to feel the impact of the new government going by the All Progressive Congress (APC) campaign promise to put smiles on the faces of Nigerians”.

Speaking in an interview with  Sunday Vanguard in  Nsukka, Enugu North senatorial candidate for All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, in the last general elections and Secretary, Conference of Nigerian  Political Parties, CNPP,  Chief Willy Ezugwu, said  Nigerians clamoured for  change from the PDP-led government of  Goodluck Jonathan, saying the story seemed not to have changed under Buhari.

Ezugwu noted that Nigerians were in  pains  as a result of the 16 years of the PDP misrule, explaining that prices of food, fuel and gas had gone up. “A litre of  petrol  sells at N150 while exchange rate is now at cut throat level which was not what the country bargained for when the entire citizenry cried for change by electing APC into power to overhaul the system, but it has been six months of gnashing teeth  and  total disappointment”, he said.
