The Managing Director of Admiralty Motors Ltd, an upcoming automobile marketing company with head office in Lekki, Lagos, Mary-Ann Chukwueke, has described the company as an automobile dealership of choice for many Nigerians, given their quality of service and products.
The Admiralty Motors’ Chief Executive Officer, who spoke to Vanguard Motoring at her Lekki office, explained that Nigerians, who patronise the company, would enjoy world class service comparable to what is obtained in Europe and America.
“Our dream is to become the automobile dealership company of choice to many Nigerians because we are offering super quality and honest service to our customers,” she said.
The Managing Director, who described their location in Lekki as the new Lagos, said it was a new frontier in Lagos for commerce and that they were fortunate enough to be one of the first car companies to be established in the location.
To this end, she disclosed that their family of happy customers are growing by the day due to their transparent service.
According to her, they were pursuing their vision with integrity and more importantly offer super quality service, as quality service delivery is a standard – not at any premium charge at Admiralty.
“At Admiralty,” she said, “quality service is seen as part of life and this place is a natural setting for quality, transparency and tranquility.”
This is why we are calling on Nigerians to come for a taste of what we are offering in a happy and relax atmosphere at Admiralty.
Scope
Admiralty Motors specialises in sales and services of Japanese brands like Toyota, Honda and Nissan as well as premium European models like Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Peugeot. Other brands being handle by Admiralty Motors include Ford, Jeep and General Motors products.
To maintain these wide range of brands, the Admiralty boss stated that they equipped their workshop with full range of latest auto diagnostic equipment and special tools that are very exclusive to them, such as full injector nozzle machine, air recycling machine, and brake disc resurfacing machine.
Another specialised tool in Admiralty workshop is the cellette body machine that can restore accidented cars, whose chassis have been affected, to normalcy while its spray booth is the most modern and biggest in the country.
Admiralty Motors opened its permanent site in Lekki barely three months ago, having been in auto business since 2009. The Managing Director of the company, who was once a Deputy Managing Director of a Toyota Nigeria accredited dealer before setting up the company, said they were expecting business to pick up with time as the new government brings hope.
She told Vanguard that she was bringing her wealth of experience to bear in the new company, having been trained at University of Nigeria, Nsuka as a teacher and with a master in Industrial Relations, from University of Ibadan.
She said: “My training as a teacher has impacted my success in training and motivating people, which informed the courteous team of staff we have in Admiralty.”
Also speaking on her foray into the automobile industry, she explained “My coming into the automobile business was purely accidental. I visited my brother in the United States who had a Ford dealership in Maryland, USA, and started helping out in the office while on vacation.
Before I knew it, I fell in love with the way the business was being done and the marketing team as well as the trainers with their motivational speeches.”
On car rental, Mary-Ann noted: “That apart from selling and maintaining cars, “we also… rent cars ranging from small to high end premium cars. We have some individual and corporate bodies as customers.”
