APC UK hails Buhari over sacking of service chiefs

The National Coordinator of the APCUK has spoken in support of today’s sacking of Alex Bade; Chief of Army Staff, Kenneth Minimah; Chief of Naval Staff, Usman Jibrin; Chief of Air Staff, Adesola Amosun by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Speaking from the UK on Monday, Mr Ade Omole praised the Nigerian Commander-in-Chief for fulfilling the election promises made on the 29 April to shift the army base to Maiduguri.

 

National Coordinator of APCUK, Mr Omole said:

“Many people have died as a direct result of the inaction of these service chiefs hence their sacking which was expected will be well received by many Nigerians.

“It will also help to boost the morale of our valiant soldiers who are currently battling Boko Haram.

“APCUK notes and commends President Buhari on his effort in combating this wicked terrorist. We will continue to support his plan for change.”
