President Muhammadu Buhari administration’s petroleum sector policy remains uncertain, as his team has yet to agree on how to handle the rot in the nation’s most critical sector of the economy.

Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Ahmed El-Rufai, Monday, in Abuja, advocated a total disbandment of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and the privatisation of the four refineries owned by the corporation.

That position runs contrary to Buhari campaign promises to build four more refineries if elected.
