Lagos–History will be made this weekend as the Kuti brothers; Seun and Femi, will perform together in a live musical concert for the first time ever in their musical careers.

The famous duo, who are sons of the late legendary Afrobeat creator, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, will be headlining ‘2 Kings’, a musical concert sponsored by leading telecommunications service provider, Airtel Nigeria.

The show, which is slated to hold at the Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island on Friday, April 24, 2015, will feature red carpet with top-notch media blitz befitting a five-star event and is expected to attract top players in the industry, stakeholders, members of the diplomatic corps, and the crème-de-la-crème of the society.

In addition, the launch of Seun Kuti’s 7-track album, ‘A long way to the beginning’ will form a major highlight of this epic event which not only pays tribute to the great works of Fela but also echoes the popularity of this genre of music in Nigeria and beyond.
