The Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards which held penultimate Saturday has left us many talking points. Apart from award hauls, the joy of victory and the agony of defeat, what is left with us, are the red carpet moments. As usual, they come with different intentions, statements, emotions, attitudes, and by all means glamour and glitz that remain long after the event. Here are some moments that defined the evening.

Adunni Ade

One of the stars that strutted the AMVCA 2015 red carpet with big attitude is Nollywood actress Adunni Ade. She got people talking with her red risqué number that showed off her legs and an ample amount of cleavage. After the event, the mulatto, born of Nigerian father and American/German mother posted her picture on Istagram and got a bit more negative comments than positive.

In her swift reaction she warned some of the fans who are not comfortable with her dress style to stay off her social media page. It was a plain ‘ I don’t care if you like my style or not ‘ message which certainly got many more enraged.

But then Adunni has said long before in an interview that she loves stuffs that are a bit revealing. “I like to wear whatever looks good on me and I feel comfortable in. It can be something a little bit revealing, edgy and chic. I like to be in vogue” she was once quoted in an interview.
