Immediate past chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Chief Peter Nwaoboshi, yesterday, urged the electorate in Delta North to discountenance the purported alliance between PDP and the Accord Party in the forthcoming general elections.

Speaking through the Director General of his campaign organisation, Pascal Adigwe, Nwaboshi maintained that PDP has no alliance with any other political party.

“Let our people continue to sustain the Anioma political philosophy which we have created because in that we can stand tall and make our demand. It is PDP all the way and we will not tolerate any form of anti-party activity,” he said.

And commending Nwaoboshi, Adigwe said Delta North “needs a character as represented by Nwaoboshi who will continue to sustain and protect the Anioma political interest.

“When it was time for the sons of Anioma to be counted, Nwaoboshi rose up to the occasion; he was determined to raise Anioma people to their proper place of pride. He remains a voice to be reckoned with in the Senate,” he posited.
