AN Urhobo activist, Comrade Ede Emuobonuvie has thrown his weight behind the candidature of Hon. Halims Agoda, All Progressives Congress, APC, senatorial candidate for Delta Central, saying his vision for the senatorial district remains the best.

Briefing newsmen in Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, yesterday, Emuobonuvie said: “It is now time for the Urhobo to have a Senator of the same potential as the great men we have had in the past who steered the ship of the Urhobos without blemish.

“We the Urhobos will no longer tolerate political hustlers in leadership positions without the ability to deliver. We have seen what they had to offer before and we now know better that many of them can simply not be trusted to protect anybody’s interest except their own and that of their family.

“As far as we are concerned, we have already conclusively identified Olorogun O’tega Emerhor as our next Governor and Hon. Halim Agoda as our next Senator.”
