ABUJA—Presidential Campaign Organisation of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, yesterday, took a swipe at the All Progressives Congress, APC, over its claims that members of the party were mastermind of last week’s attacks on President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign convoys in Katsina and Bauchi states.

In a statement, yesterday, the Director, Media and Publicity, Chief Femi- Fani Kayode, said he was shocked that the National Publicity Secretary of APC, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, could come up with such allegation, describing the allegation as ridiculous.

He added that the lies of the APC were unbelievable.

He said the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation rejects Lai Mohammed’s absurd allegation.

He warned APC Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, and the opposition party to get prepared for grave and far-reaching consequences, if anything untoward happened to President Jonathan during the campaigns.
