MAKURDI—Chairman of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Employment Programme, SURE-P, Dr. Christopher Kolade, has said that no fewer than 40 million Nigerians were currently unemployed.
Kolade spoke in Makurdi the Benue State capial, at a three day Graduate Intern-ship Scheme, GIS; Orientation and Employability Training for Graduate Interns in the state by SURE-P in collaboration with Lapidot Consulting.
Represented by the Facilitator of the Programme, Chris Nwani, he said “it was for this reason that government has put several measures and programmes in place to effectively address and tackle the issue of unemployment in the country.
