EXECUTIVE Secretary of Egbema Gbaramatu Communities Development Foundation, EGCDF, Mr. Jude Ukori, yesterday said Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan has laid a solid foundation for the next governor of Delta State.

Ukori also congratulated the governor on his 60th birthday, noting that Uduaghan had done his best for the people of the state.

He said: “The people of Delta State are witnesses to the laudable achievements and several projects executed by Uduaghan’s administration.

The governor has transformed our health, transport and educational systems, and even our schools were upgraded to modern standard.”

He expressed confidence that the next governor would consolidate on Uduaghan’s laudable achievements, saying it was the only way the next governor would succeed.
