ASABA—A Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirant in Delta State, Dr. Esther Uduehi has promised to embark on massive infrastructural development and job creation for the teeming unemployed youths in the state, if elected the governor come 2015.
Addressing newsmen in Asaba, Uduehi said she has a rich manifesto for Deltans if given the mandate, adding that she has the capacity to turn the state around.
She said: “I have been tested and trusted. I have human capital development plans for the state if the mandate is given to me.”
