BOMADI — Over 300  phase three ex-militants from Delta, Edo and Ondo states, have vowed to match words with actions against  Northern Elders Forum, NEF, following its issuance of October 2014 ultimatum to President Goodluck Jonathan to secure the release of the abducted Chibok girls or forget his 2015 ambition.

The ex-warlords, who spoke at Bomadi Delta State, described the purported publication by NEF as provocative, unbecoming, and a  smear campaign, adding that neither the NEF nor a segment of the country can decide the fate of  Mr. President come 2015.

The chairman, Delta phase three amnesty programme, Mr. Preye Ekpebide, who led the ex-militants alleged that NEF was behind the abduction of the Chibok girls and was using the insurgents, who are committing havoc in the North East as their foot soldiers.
Ekpebide warned NEF to desist from using the Chibok girls as bait to negotiate Jonathan out of the 2015 polls.
