Poised to tackle the rising wave of building collapse as well as generate a forum to uplift the building sector in Nigeria, Atlantic Exhibition Nigeria Limited, AENL, Lagos, has unveiled plans to bring together over 100 local and international exhibitors to showcase modern building construction machinery.
The forum which is the third in the series is tagged: BUILDMACEX Nigeria 2014 and will hold between September 9 and 11 in Lagos.
Managing Director, AENL, Mr. Ayodeji Olugbade said the exhibition which will be used by the exhibitors from various parts of the world to showcase their products and services, is organised in collaboration with MERIDYEN International Fair Organisation.
Already, the event has been endorsed by the Ministry of Economy, Republic of Turkey and Nigerian Association of Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, NACCIMA.
Olugbade said companies from Turkey, Italy and Dubai, among others,will participate in the exhibition.
He called on Nigerian building and infrastructure contractors, building materials dealers/manufacturers, architects,surveyors, house managers/estate management professionals and other built environment stakeholders to see the exhibition as an opportunity to invest in new business ventures.
The AENL boss said product groups expected at the exhibition include; roof coverings, glass and transparent elements facade coverings, curtain wall systems, door systems and accessories, railing/banisters systems and accessories, shutters, bilinds and shades as well as window systems and accessories among numerous other building materials and furnishings.
