BENIN— GOVERNOR Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State, weekend, assured private investors that his government would provide an enabling environment and incentives for operations.
He gave the assurance when he granted audience to the management of the Azura Power Plant, who paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House.

The governor said: “We cannot appreciate you enough for the confidence you have demonstrated in our state and country by locating the power plant here.
“We are ready to do anything that is lawful and reasonable to encourage you. The paradox of the Nigeria society is the issue of power supply. This is a project whose viability in not in doubt.”
