Former Eagles forward Jonathan Akpoborie has predicted that Ejike Uzoenyi will be an instant hit if chosen amongst the 23 players, who will feature at the FIFA World Cup, holding this summer in Brazil.

“Ejike Uzoenyi has played well in the ongoing Africa Nations Championship and most especially in the quarter-final battle against Morocco which Nigeria won.

“Uzoenyi is a more creative player and a more sensible player. If Uzoenyi is taken to the World Cup in Brazil, I see him becoming an instant hit”, Akpoborie said.
